1. Service Terms

We provide repair and maintenance services for ACs, refrigerators, washing machines, microwaves, and TVs. We are an independent service provider and not affiliated with any brand (e.g., LG, Samsung, Whirlpool). Service charges vary based on the issue and spare parts required.

2. Booking & Paymentss

You can book a service online, via WhatsApp, or by calling 18005712881. Payment must be made after service completion via cash, UPI, or online transfer. Advance payments (if applicable) are non-refundable once the service is confirmed.

3. Warranty & Liability

We provide a limited warranty on repairs and spare parts (as per invoice terms). Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, voltage fluctuations, or unauthorized repairs. We are not responsible for any loss, data corruption (in smart TVs), or accidental damage to appliances during servicing

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled service. No refunds for completed services. If an issue persists, we offer free rechecking within the warranty period.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide correct appliance details for accurate service. Ensure a safe working environment for our technicians. Any additional repairs suggested by technicians are optional.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

We do not share personal details with third parties except as required for service fulfillment. Calls and WhatsApp messages may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
